2. Service

The service is a road driving experience with high-performance vehicles, accompanied by a professional instructor. It is not a competition and does not include track use unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Driver requirements

• Minimum age: 21.
• Valid driving licence for at least 3 years (valid for driving in Italy).
• Valid ID/passport.
• We may refuse the experience if requirements are not met or for safety reasons.

4. Instructor & safety

A professional instructor is present during the drive. The client must follow instructions, comply with traffic laws, and drive safely.

5. Passengers

Passengers are allowed only on suitable vehicles (e.g., 4-seat models) and subject to availability and safety rules. The maximum number depends on the selected car.

6. Booking & payments

The booking is confirmed once payment is received (deposit or full amount, as shown at checkout). We accept payments via NEXI, NUMIA and PayPal. When using external payment providers (e.g., PayPal), their own terms and conditions may also apply.

7. Cancellations & refunds

• Up to 10 days before: full refund.
• Up to 48 hours before: 50% refund.
• Within 24 hours or no-show: no refund.

Refunds are processed after the originally scheduled test drive date.

8. Weather & force majeure

Light rain: the experience may still run. Severe weather preventing safe driving (as determined by Test Drive in Maranello) allows rescheduling or a full refund. Force majeure events (road closures, authorities’ orders) may require rescheduling.

9. Video & media

Video may be available upon request and, where applicable, can be purchased after the drive. Promotional use of photos/videos is carried out only on an appropriate legal basis (e.g., consent when required).

10. Liability

The client is responsible for complying with traffic laws and safety instructions. Any damages, fines, or consequences arising from non-compliant behaviour may be charged to the client in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.

11. Service changes

For technical, safety, or availability reasons, we may offer an alternative vehicle or reschedule.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

Italian law applies (subject to mandatory consumer rules). Jurisdiction: Modena.
